Only need this app one 2 week period of time and it hasnt worked for last 2 days. Wont load anything. What a waste of space. Soon to be deleted.

it hasnt crashed on me yet which is good. this app was designed really well. love love love the virtual replay! i downloaded this app cause i want to be current with the latest from Miami since i cant be watching the matches all the time working 12-hr shifts. so far, love this app. 4 stars cause i believe there should always be room for improvements.

Is not stable... It crashes while you are navigating...

This App really needs to add the court locations of the matches for those of us on site!! Please Please Please Update!! Court locations were on the Sony Open app last year!!

App is very accurate and up to date with live scoring, but unfortunately the update has eliminated the specific court of each match in the live scoring section. It would be helpful to have that in the same location as the live scoring! Otherwise great app, helpful information.

App is very buggy. A substantial amount of inaccurate information. Last Years app was much better than this one! A DEFINITE "MUST FIX!!"

Cleaner and more usable than most tennis tournament apps. Only issue is the ticket buying is not integrated. Its a web page that doesnt function well within an app.

As others have said, no court locations on live matches. App info is also very slow to update. This info should be real time or else what is the point. Live scores, completed matches and draw updates SLOW at best sometimes not updated until the following day or later. Come on SAP! This is just sad. Do it right or dont bother!

This app is total garbage. Useless. Does it do anything right? The app for the Indian Wells tournament worked perfectly and this one is the opposite.

Like South Beach, pretty colors and flashy UI but the content is questionable at all times. This is clearly a server problem, but for me its an app problem. Scores may or may not be up to date, sometimes I can only see the schedule for the Grandstand court, etc. Disappointing.

Very nice, useful, snappy, fast, informative. Well done! I wish US Open has the same app !!! But Im using iPhone 6s Plus. May be thats the reason why its working so well?!

Does not update correctly. Very hard to get updates. Why does it ask for my location and then provide times is EST regardless. Very poor programming
