Hope they can fix it soon.

Every time I open the Draw on 4GS it crashes. Poor reflection on SAP & Sony Open. It should have been tested prior to the start of the tourney.

App constantly crashes when trying to look at the draws. No way to contact the app developer. Going to delete.

As others have said it crashes every time I try to view the draws. BNP Paribas app worked flawlessly for me. This one doesnt. Using iPhone 5c.

Just like my experience with SAP in business, over promise and under deliver. Crashes on the "draws". Schedules dont match what is on TV live.

Cant even get to the draws, instantly crashes.. Cant imagine what SAP charged SONY for this pile..

Trying to view the draw crashes the app. Going to the site is even worse. Nothing works except the home page. For a database company the app is a very destructive advertisement of its technical expertise.

How the might hath fallen! Why does SAP keep doing this? Their Sony Open app is released prior to the event, and its full of bugs. Nasty, killer-app bugs, like the app crashing when loading Draws. Doesnt SAP beta-test? or at least run it on real iOS devices and not the simulator? Sheesh... way to lose credibility, SAP. Bad press for the Sony Open and for SAP. Tip to Sony; hire a different programming firm next year.

Crashes every time. What garbage

This app is well-designed and inviting, with a nice layout and UX. Just has one major flaw, the whole app crashes when you try to access the Draws section. A lot of others are complaining, so Im sure theyll put a bug fix out soon. Im using an IPad 3 on iOS 7.

An “A” for ambition and an “F” for execution … there is vision in certain UI elements and of course by embedding the Hawk-Eye visual tracking technology (Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd. was purchased by Sony in 2011) … but these best efforts are all undermined by the abject absence of quality assurance … as noted by many others, this release crashes on iPhone (5S) and iPad (3), can’t even load the draws … could be related to how they are caching the ATP feeds in the CMS or a failure in those related APIs (the ATP API feeds aren’t infallible) … this iteration is a testament to why SAP has only had ~ 11% adoption of its mobile solutions since 2010 and has -57% year over year regression in its mobile platform sales … incompetence with a capital “I”, underscored by the fact that this is the fourth year SAP has had a swing at this app (pun intended) … score Love - Forty, SAP is going down in straight sets … time for Sony and IMG to get a new technology partner who can deliver an ace!

This app is useless because it crashes when trying to view the draws. Do not download.

Ironic that an app designed for Sony is this poor. Ill stick to the ATP app for now!

Love the open, love the app: very interactive and user friendly.

Crashes all the time. I cant even see mens draws. Draw bug fixed but now crashes when going into schedule tab! Very buggy app.

There are bugs in the daily order of play. The dates are messed up and the app crashes each time! Very frustrating ..
